The SUPER MAX
Production System
The all-in-one SUPER MAX Production System combines a packer type separator that utilizes an NR1 Packer with a built-in sand separator for maximum results. The system allows for all the benefits of the packer-type separator while minimizing the risk of the packer. Our metallurgy, wall thickness and erosion mitigation makes ours the strongest tool available on the market.
The HELIX
Sand ByPass
The HELIX Sand ByPass utilizes a precision-cut, dual-channel vortex to maximize fluid velocity and trap solids in the solids channel, directing it to the dedicated sand drain at the bottom of the vortex. The solids then drop through the sand drain directly above the mud anchor. This patented technology is the only tool on the market that moves the sand discharge away from the pump suction.
The HALO
Gas & Solids Separator
The HALO, is an all-in-one gas and solids separator. In the first step, The Halo’s annulus is used to decrease downward fluid velocity, allowing gas to exit naturally from the intake slots. In the second step, The HALO utilizes a precision-cut, dual-channel vortex to maximize fluid velocity and trap solids in the solids channel, directing it to the dedicated sand drain at the bottom of the vortex.
The DOMINATOR
An All-In-One Gas & Solids Separator
The DOMINATOR for 5.5” casing features an impressive 3.625” ID with a 4.125” OD to create the largest separation area on the market. Designed for low-to-mid-range production levels (0-400 Bbls./Day), The DOMINATOR has been revamped to create an increased 33 percent production rate compared to our smaller downhole model, The HALO. The DOMINATOR is versatile, built to last and can function without a packer.
The SILVER BULLET
The SILVER BULLET maximizes gas separation by providing two pathways for separation to occur naturally. Testing proved separation efficiencies were increased by a total of 45 percent compared to other technologies on the market. Since this system allows free gas to travel past the packer, the fluid intake of the system can be laid at a 45-degree angle, allowing for an additional natural gas bypass of 25 percent.
The ESP
GAS BYPASS
Extend the life of the ESP System, increase efficiency AND production with the ESP GAS BYPASS. Avoiding motor temperature spikes due to poor gas separation efficiencies is essential. If the motor can be kept cool with proper separation of gas, the system can continue running and drawing the well down while the reservoir continues to unload the free gas it has built up. Production is also increased due to improved volumetric efficiencies.
