MATT RAGLIN
President
During his 33 years in the artificial lift world, Matt has developed nine industry patents and taught countless schools worldwide. WellWorx is the third company he has founded that is dedicated to improving artificial lift practices and processes. It’s safe to say we’re in excellent hands with him at the helm.

KEN NOLEN
R&D Advisor
Ken Nolen, The co-founder of NABLA and the GreenShot, has been revolutionizing the industry for 40+ years. He holds several industry patents, has written more than 15 technical papers and textbooks and has taught more than 200 artificial lift schools worldwide. As the recipient of the 1997 J.C Slonneger Award for Petroleum Production Technology and, most recently, the 2018 Hearst Energy Award for Technology, his contributions to the industry have and will continue to alter the future of artificial lift technologies.

DALLAS BARRETT
General Manager
Dallas Barrett began his career installing controllers and communications throughout much of North America. Now he dedicates his time management skills to a wide variety of offerings; well design/monitoring, sales, installations and Scada training/certification. He’s the perfect Canadian addition to our American based company, eh?

RUSSELL MESSER
Well Monitoring & Optimization Manager
Russell’s experience optimizing wells began as a technician installing POC’s in the Permian Basin and has since then carried him across the globe to host trainings and sales meetings in the Middle East. As our Well Monitoring & Optimization Manager, he is our ‘eyes’ to ensure wells reach their production potential.

JUSTIN RAMIREZ
Permian Basin Manager
Our Permian Basin Manager, Justin Ramirez is a West Texas native who began his career in the drilling, completions and safety services. He’s become our expert in down hole tool diagnostics, with a keen ability to balance the diverse facets to ensure productive wells.

ROBERT HOVAKIMYAN
R&D Automation Manager
Robert Hovakimyah is WellWorx’s resident Ph.D who just so happens to also be fluent in Armenian, Russian and English. With 19 years of experience in systems engineering, including nine years in large-scale oil and gas projects, he leads our research and development team. Most recently serving as the CEO of Ovak Technologies, he spearheaded the company’s road to become a CSIA certified member.

LINDSEY JONES
Marketing Director
Lindsey began her career in West Texas as a reporter, writing about politics, rodeos and everything in between. She moved to Pennsylvania and eventually New York, where she transferred her love of storytelling to the visual side and served as Art Director for a series of publishing houses before finally moving back home to Texas. As the WellWorx Marketing Director, she is able to blend her wordsmith and artistic backgrounds to help customers understand who we are and what we can help them achieve.

GEORGE CENICEROS
Technical Advisor
As a WellWorx Technical Advisor, we heavily rely on George’s strong project management and networking skills. He has spent the majority of his oil and gas career impeccably juggling sales, logistics and inventory. All of which are essential traits to our growing team.

KIMBERLY SELMAN
Production Engineer
With six years of experience under her belt, Kimberly joins our Midland office as a Production Engineer to focus on monitoring, assessing and optimizing production performance for our customers. She has a passion for research and troubleshooting, which is a natural fit with TeamWorx. “I really enjoy seeing the results from optimizing wells. The daily challenges and the dynamics of this industry keep things interesting,” she said. There’s no challenge too big or too complicated for Kimberly!

CAITLIN SHIREY
Production Engineer
With a Petroleum Engineering degree from UTPB, Caitlin joins our team as a Production Engineer and will be working out of our Midland office. Coming from a family of petroleum industry employees, Caitlin says the educational and learning side of the business is what she loves most – a perfect fit for TeamWorx! Caitlin is a boots-on-the-ground thinker who helps clients find solutions to best utilize the technology and tools available to optimize oil production and reduce failures.
